With over 30 years of experience, Andrew has demonstrated exceptional skills in support and administration across various environments, including corporate, healthcare, non-profit, educational, and retail settings 

Andrew’s career has been marked by his ability to adapt and excel in diverse settings.  At Iowa State University, he managed IT for the English department, supporting almost 200 faculty and staff in what was not only the largest department on campus, but also the heaviest concentration of Mac users at >90%.

At Palmer Group, he drove the adoption of Microsoft 365 throughout the enterprise after assisting with the implementation and roll out.

His leadership skills were evident at ATS, where he provided remote support for several companies and was responsible for training and mentoring agents.  He was also the escalation point for critical issues, and documented process and procedures.

Andrew’s technical proficiency is complemented by his ability to communicate effectively, as seen in his having authored build documentation and training curriculum.

Throughout his career, Andrew has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for technology. His extensive experience with Windows, Mac, and iOS, coupled with his A+ certification, makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
